Transportation from hotels to convention center

This year, transportation provided to the convention center from select hotels will be via public transportation (tram) instead of shuttle. Attendees will enjoy the benefits of flexible transportation schedules and avoid city traffic while lowering their impact on the environment.

      Hotel reservations are subject to availability

      If you need to cancel your hotel reservation, you must do so by May 1, 2024 to receive a full refund of your deposit less a $15 processing fee. Cancellations after this date will result in the forfeiture of your hotel deposit.
