Delegation representatives looking to reserve space during convention week should complete the Delegation Event Request Form.

Please contact logistics@lionsclubs.org if you have any questions. Lions International staff begin reaching out to representatives beginning in February of each year.

All requests are subject to availability.
The delegation is responsible for any costs or needs, such as AV equipment, food, etc.
The only events that will be listed in the program are breakfasts that are requested before March 15, 2024.
