How to apply

Delegation representatives looking to reserve space during convention week should complete the Delegation Event Request Form by March 15, 2024.

Please contact logistics@lionsclubs.org if you have any questions. Lions International staff begin reaching out to representatives beginning in February of each year.

Special considerations

Please be advised of the following:

  • All requests are subject to availability.
  • The delegation is responsible for any costs or needs, such as AV equipment, food, etc.
  • The only events that will be listed in the program are breakfasts that are requested before March 15, 2024.
