Book your rental

Reserving your wheelchair for convention is easy! Just request the equipment you need through our local vendor by June 2 using the button below. You’ll need to provide your hotel information, so make sure you’ve booked your hotel room in advance. Please do not bring a mobility scooter, as these are illegal in Hong Kong. Please rent a power wheelchair instead.

Wheelchair delivery

For your convenience, the equipment that you’ve booked will be delivered directly to your hotel so you can pick it up when you check into your room. Please note that wheelchairs will not be delivered to the convention center.

Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available upon request at all convention locations including official convention hotels.
