Convention space is limited and consideration will be given to forms in the order they are received.

Special considerations
Please be advised of the following:
- All requests are subject to availability.
- The delegation is responsible for any costs or needs, such as AV equipment, food, etc.
- The only events that will be listed in the program are breakfasts that are requested before March 15, 2024.
- Lions International staff begin reaching out to representatives beginning in March of each year.
