Here’s what happens at the election

Representatives from each club cast their votes to elect executive officers and international directors who will chart the course for the future of Lions International.

Assigning delegates

Club presidents and secretaries assign delegates in Lion Portal. Delegate assignments can be made between January 1, 2025, and July 11, 2025, CDT.

Preparing delegates

Make sure your delegate registers for convention with their member ID and a unique email address and is assigned as a delegate by their club officer in Lion Portal.

They need to bring their convention registration badge, delegate confirmation number and a government-issued photo ID when they go to vote.

Encourage delegates to attend the Business Session on Saturday, July 14th from 15:30-16:30 to learn more about the candidates they’ll be voting for.

Assign your delegate

If you’re a club officer, be sure to assign your delegates in Lion Portal before July 11, 2025, so they can vote at convention. Please note that only club officers can assign delegates.
